YOU READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE VISITING US:
1. General Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift certifcate or receiving services at Held for Ransom Tattoos, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically and it is your responsibility to review them before your visit.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. If you are under 18 we cannot tattoo you, regardless of parental consent or any other conditions.
3. Health & Safety
Before getting a tattoo you must inform the artist of any health conditions or medications you are taking that could affect your tattoop rocess, healing or result. This includes allergies, skin conditions, blood disorders or any other relevant medical information.
4. Booking & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked in advance

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel on time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule and charge a rescheduling fee.
5. Payment Terms

Payment for the tattoo is due in full on the day of service, before the work begins.

We can currently only accept cash.

In the event of a dispute or non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
6. Tattoo Design and Modifications

Custom designed will be created based on your input but may be altered by the artist for aesthetic or practical reasons.

All tattoo designs are subject to approval by the artist. The studio reserves the right to reject any design request that may be deemed inappropriate or unfeasible.

We do not tattoo offensive or illegal imagery, including but not limited to hate symbols, offensive language and obscene content.
7. Tattoo Aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure the best healing process. It is essential that you follow these instructions carefully to avoid infections, scarring or fading.

The studio and/or artist is not responsible for any issues that arise from improper aftercare.
8. No Refund Policy
Once a tattoo has been completed we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with the result, please notify the artist immediately so we can discuss touch-ups or other solutions.
9. Liability
While we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, tattoos are an inherently personal risk and the studio cannot be held responsible for complications arising from the tattooing process, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with the design.
10. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Any rude, aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund.
11. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your details will be kept confidential and used only for studio-related purposes, such as appointment reminders or promotional offers (if you opt-in).
12. Legal Compliance
By receiving a tattoo you acknowledge and accept that the tattoo studio operates in compliance with all relevant local health regulation and laws.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated via our website or social media platforms. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
